old - traditional wooden houses re-assembled and built with the
" Vastu Shastra" of the ancient days linked with the modern
amenities.
Kitchen - Restaurant : of durbar hall like , spaciously
built in the ancient kerala style with all facilities for kerala
delicacies and other foods on demand.
Cottages are to house in aresort spread over in 10 acres of land
with coconut corridors and covered with water suitable for canoeing
boats traditional 'Kothumbu Vallams' - that can
be rowed/driven singly or by couples. In side the resort there is
ample convenience for fishing and swimming in the inland water,
and fishing outside the resort in the sea shore nearby, and sun
bathing etc...
